Richard is a co-founder and the CEO of FT Energy Controls, LLC. With degrees from WPI (BS Chem. Eng.) and MIT (MS Chem. Eng.), he has decades of experience as an Energy Engineer and has focused his career on new energy technologies. Prior to forming FTEC in 2019, Richard had worked for three electric utilities, a natural gas utility, and as a new energy technology consultant.

Zach is a co-founder and COO of FT Energy Controls, LLC. He is an electrical engineer with degrees from Syracuse University (BS Elec. Eng.) and MIT (MS and PhD, Elec. Eng.). His technical efforts at FTEC include research and development of electronics and firmware. In addition to being a practicing engineer, Zach is also an attorney and member of the PA and MA bars; he has a JD from Suffolk University.
